## Tools
- incidents (free): FREE. Current Emergency Victoria incidents (first 5).
- incidents_all (Pro): PRO. Up to 100 Emergency Victoria incidents, optional keyword filter.
- near_postcode (Pro): PRO. Incidents within ~50 km of a Victorian postcode.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://au-emergency-vic-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://au-emergency-vic-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://au-emergency-vic-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
